FRIDAY FLASH ENHANCEMENTS

Development Right on Target

The enhanced Friday Flash (FF) is in development right now, and we want to keep the franchise community abreast of progress and enhancements. The current launch date is planned for the end of September, and development is on target. At that time, readers will notice a number of changes:

Look and feel: The FF will carry the new branding and have a fresher look and feel.

Two formats: The FF will be delivered to your inbox as usual, but articles will also have a digital, searchable home.

Commenting feature: Have a question about an article or feedback on a topic? The digital newsletter will have a commenting feature so you can ask your question right on the article page. CKFI will respond on the page for the benefit of other franchisees who may have the same question.

Enhanced security: Being vigilant about who can and cannot access your business information can help protect your business from industry espionage. The word espionage may bring up images of high-tech criminals in tight, black attire sneaking through buildings at night, but espionage can be something as simple as a competitor learning about how you train employees or other daily business practices that give you an edge in the marketplace. Having additional security features and protocols can help reduce the risk of this happening. This is why the enhanced FF requires recipients to have a Comfort Keepers® email address, and the digital version will require a log-in ID.

While you will notice some changes to the FF, the "heart" of the FF won't change. CKFI will continue to use the FF as the main vehicle to communicate with you, the franchisees, on topics important to your businesses. During the next months, we will continue to keep you informed of progress and other enhancements you can expect to see with the enhanced FF.

If you have any questions about the FF, please contact Lisa Marie Hayes, Communications Manager, at LisaMHayes@ComfortKeepers.com.
