FRIDAY FLASH ENHANCEMENT

Recipient List Clean Up

The Friday Flash (FF) is the primary communication channel between CKFI and franchise owners. Many franchise owners choose to have certain staff members, whom they entrust with daily business operations, receive this communication. As part of CKFI's initiative to enhance this communication tool, we are in the process of cleaning up the FF recipient contact list to ensure the right people are receiving this communication. To do this, we need the help of the franchise community.

While we have information on current, active franchisees, we are dependent on franchisees to inform us when one of their employees who is receiving the FF leaves the company so that we can remove that employee from our distribution list. If you have employees who were receiving the FF and have left the system, please let us know by sending a message to FF@ComfortKeepers.com. As we work to clean up our list, we will also begin contacting franchisees when necessary to confirm that their own and their personnel's information is up to date in our system.

Franchisees who would like to add staff members to the FF recipient list must personally send a request with the recipient's name, title, and email address, along with the franchise unit number, to FF@ComfortKeepers.com.

If you have any questions about the FF, please contact Lisa Marie Hayes, Communications Manager, at LisaMHayes@ComfortKeepers.com.

CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY
Surveys Sent June 10

It is time for the first semi-annual Client Satisfaction Survey of 2014.

CKFI conducts the semi-annual Client Satisfaction Survey to offer franchisees the opportunity to see where their services excel and where there may be opportunities for improvement. These surveys are directed to clients or client representatives noted on Client Care Agreements and asks for their feedback regarding their experience with Comfort Keepers®. A total of 3500 surveys are mailed each survey period, for a total of 7000 client surveys annually. The first survey is sent each year in June to clients who signed agreements during the period of January 1 through the time of the first survey of the same year. The second survey is sent out in November to clients who signed agreements during the period of May through October.

Our survey vendor, the National Business Research Institute, mailed this year's survey on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, so clients should have already started receiving them. CKFI Home Care Managers will review survey responses as they arrive and will contact you promptly with any noted concerns so that you can respond to these issues timely. After the survey period concludes, you will receive copies of all submitted responses for your franchise. This is your opportunity to use positive responses in your marketing campaigns and constructive feedback to improve the quality of your care and services.

Should you have any questions regarding the survey process, please contact your CKFI Home Care Manager.
