What to Expect Next Week


We are nearing the launch of our new website, which will offer an easier user interface, improved search engine optimization, and a fresh design complying with the Comfort Keeper's® brand. Over the next week, there are a number of housekeeping items to keep in mind:

  • Webinars 1 and 2, which give information on the website and tips on effectively leveraging your implementation workshop are complete. If you missed these two important webinars, you can download their recordings from ComfortKeepersDigital.com. This is a password protected site; the user name and password are posted on the Members page.
  • If you attended one of the webinars, The Shipyard will call you to help you complete the online survey and to schedule your Implementation Workshop.
    • You can follow-up with the Shipyard using one main number (888) 738-9750 or email address: Support@ComfortKeepersDigital.com
    • There is a dedicated team to answer the phones and email; you do not have to speak with the Shipyard employee who originally contacted you for follow-up. 
  • If you haven't done so already, please complete your survey and schedule your implementation workshop.
  • Finally, there are no new webinars scheduled for the week of January 27.
