CONSOLIDATED PRINT SERVICES AND NEW BRANDING UPDATE
Changes Coming Soon in February

As you know, Comfort Keepers® is in the process of changing our print vendor and rebranding our printed materials. Once fully in place, these changes will simplify the print ordering process by consolidating our print services and give our printed materials a fresh, updated look.

Currently, Holmes provides all stationery and forms and ThinkPatented produces our marketing materials. Around the end of February both of these services will be provided by one print vendor: Standard Register. You'll notice we have already rebranded forms and stationery provided by Holmes and some key marketing materials provided by ThinkPatented.

During the transition process, please continue ordering stationery, business cards, and forms from Holmes and marketing materials from ThinkPatented. Once we have fully transitioned to Standard Register, core marketing materials and stationery will be immediately available, and you will discontinue ordering from Holmes and ThinkPatented. In the weeks following this core transition, we will upload additional materials as they are rebranded.

As we move through these changes, we will provide regular updates and exact transition dates to avoid as much confusion as possible. If you have any questions concerning these initiatives, please contact Kimberly Epple at KimberlyEpple@comfortkeepers.com.

  • Minimum required hours have been reduced to 1,000 from 1,080.
  • Winners will be flown in on Wednesday night, April 23 to give them time to enjoy the city and its sites.
  • Winners will be treated to a meet-and-greet breakfast with the CKOY team, owners, and Kris Butler, our founder, on Thursday, April 24. This will be a great opportunity to meet the other winners and get an overview of what the conference weekend is all about!

HOME CARE PULSE 2014 BENCHMARKING STUDY

Be Sure to Participate in the Largest Industry Study

Home Care Pulse will conduct the fifth annual Private Duty Benchmarking Study this February. In an industry that has minimal data for analytical and comparative purposes, you have an opportunity to provide data about your businesses so we may all continue to better understand the relevant business data around the Private Duty industry.

To help you understand the process and benefits of the study, Home Care Pulse CEO, Aaron Marcum, has recorded a free kick-off webinar, which is available on demand until January 31, 2014. This webinar reviews what is new in the 2014 study and will show you how to:

  • participate in the 2014 Private Duty Benchmarking Survey.
  • use the 2014 Private Duty Benchmarking Study to grow your business.
  • use the study to see how your business compares to others in the industry.
  • obtain your historical results.

Register here and receive a link to the recording via email. Make sure you watch the entire webinar to take advantage of a special incentive.

You can visit Home Care Pulse Benchmarking Studies and begin preparing for the survey by clicking on The 2014 Private Duty Benchmarking Study and downloading the Prep Worksheet. The worksheet will guide you through the information-gathering process ahead of time so it won't take you long to complete the survey when it opens in February.

Thank you for your willingness to participate in this year's survey and be sure to watch the Home Care Pulse free webinar recording.
