Overview of the Process and Implementation Plan
Please join us for the first in a series of webinars designed to help guide you through the website redesign project. The first webinar is entitled, "What to Expect," and will provide the following information:
- Detailed outline of the implementation process: This is a step-by-step review of the process that will culminate in your localized website, including how to schedule your Implementation Workshop Session.
- Overview of the Implementation Workshop Session: Learn how to get the most out of your session by understanding what to prepare for the meeting as well as a list of key decisions that need to be made during the session.
- Review of resources established to support franchisees during the implementation process: Watch a tour of the Website Resource Site and Click-to-Chat support, along with the customer service support hours during which professionals will be available to respond to the Comfort Keepers® dedicated email and phone line.
Be sure to participate in this webinar to ensure your new site provides you with the greatest return to your business. For your convenience, we will offer the live webinars January 6 through 17th at various times to accommodate all time zones. Each session will be followed by Q&A. CKFI will publish the links and dial-in information in the January 3rd edition of the Friday Flash.
All times are EASTERN and each webinar will run 60 - 90 minutes, depending on the volume of questions submitted. Please keep in mind that Implementation Workshop Sessions will be begin the week of Jan. 13th so it will behoove you to participate in the webinar at your earliest convenience.

What Happened and How We Prevent Future Occurrences
 Today online security compromises are a reality of business life. Comfort Keepers® is, unfortunately, no exception to what seems to be this new-found rule of business. Protecting our online security is a significant strategic priority, and CKFI will, in the very near future, be communicating with the franchisee community on basic protocols and processes that we will all need to implement.
As you know, we experienced significant challenges with the email system this past week. The franchise email system is now performing and we are encouraged that the issues affecting our email system are resolved, but we continue to monitor the system closely. Happy New Year! We hope 2014 brings you all health and happiness. In celebration of the New Year, the CKFI offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 31, 2013, and Wednesday, January 1, 2014, and will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2014.
