As a reminder, our first webinar designed to help guide you through the website redesign project begins on Jan.6th and will run through Jan. 17th. The first webinar is titled "What to Expect" and will provide the following information:
  • Detailed outline of the implementation process: This is a step-by-step review of the process that will culminate in your localized website, including how to schedule your Implementation Workshop Session.  
  • Overview of the Implementation Workshop Session: Learn how to get the most out of your session by understanding what to prepare for the meeting as well as a list of key decisions that need to be made during the session.  
  • Review of resources established to support franchisees during the implementation process: Watch a tour of the Website Resource Site and Click-to-Chat support, along with the customer service support hours during which professionals will be available to respond to the Comfort Keepers® dedicated email and phone line.

EXPANDED ZIP CODE COVERAGE NOW IN EFFECT 
CallSource Update Now Live

Prior to the launch of the national advertising, franchisees were given the opportunity to submit open zip codes to be loaded to the CallSource database. These are zip codes, though not "owned" by a franchisee, could be readily serviced by a franchisee or franchisees to expand the reach and ability to service a broader population. The process to update the CallSource program is currently a manual one and we are pleased to announce that a comprehensive update has been launched on January 3, 2014.
 
This update includes any requests for open zip codes submitted from August 19th through November 20th. There were thousands of zip codes programmed for this update! To ensure accuracy of the programming, CKFI conducted random telephone testing on Dec. 19th. All franchisees are encouraged to also complete their own testing. As part of the update, we establish a dedicated testing line, which allows franchisees and CKFI the opportunity to test the accuracy of the database without compromising the Call Source reporting. PLEASE USE THIS PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL TESTING: 888-833-8721.

The National Branding Committee is also working with CallSource to automate the updating process. This will allow more timely updates to the CallSource database. Our goal is to have monthly updates starting in the early part of the year.

Applications are now being accepted for the Operational Excellence award! This award will be presented at the 2014 Leadership Conference to franchisees that demonstrate their commitment to enduring quality throughout their organizations. Developed by a committee of franchisees and CKFI staff, this award recognizes those franchisees, regardless of size and revenue volume, who live their commitment to quality every single day.

A proven quality program provides a point of differentiation. Winners will be able to share in their community, on their website and with referral sources that they have been chosen as a provider of "Excellence in Service Delivery." This designation will carry a registered seal/logo that recipients can use with all of their correspondence and advertising as well.
