Online Report Training - September 5 - 2pm EDT

Join our call routing and referral partner - CallSource - for a training session on using their online reporting portal for your local office. During the session you will learn how to login, view, manage and listen to your inbound calls that have been re-routed from national advertising efforts. During this session, you will learn how to:
  • See inbound call activity including call answering percentages and missed calls
  • Identify how many revenue related inquiries are coming to your office
  • Pinpoint peak call times, providing you useful information for call handling staff planning purposes
  • Review and listen to calls to identify training opportunities
  • Find out how many calls are missed/received in real time

Prepare your team to handle the GREATEST customer call!

What is the value of being the GREATEST? Proper phone training will ensure that your customer's telephone experience differentiate you from other home care companies. This will help your team make the leap from just another home care company to THE ONE. Your team needs to use skills and techniques that leave the caller feeling that we "get it" and are the best place for them to get a solution.

So are you ready? Training opportunities are being provided across the system. Take a leap in becoming the GREATEST by tuning up your phone skills. We are rolling out new training materials and tools, including sample call recordings and models. To help train your office staff to be the GREATEST, be on the lookout for webinars, helpful tools on the Members page, coaching meetings in your area and other CKFI channels.

So, how will the GREATEST be determined?
You will have to record all prospective client calls, listen to them and submit those incredible examples of a prospective client that was treated to a great Comfort Keepers® experience. Each week, from September 16 through October 31, we will select the greatest of the week for posting to the Comfort Keepers forums. You may submit as many great calls as you want.

Your efforts in this contest will be rewarded! The winner will receive an all-expense paid trip to our Annual Conference in Denver for three; for the Franchisee, the franchisee's significant other and the employee that performed the greatest call. But there's more! The winner and their business coach will be recognized during the awards banquet at the conference. The group will receive a private dining experience with CEO Sarosh Mistry and $1,000 spending cash for each person during their time in Denver.

The contest begins September 16 and submissions will be accepted through October 31. CKFI will also be conducting mystery shops during this time and may submit greatest calls that they experience. Remember each week a GREATEST of the week will be selected and posted to the CK forums and automatically entered as a finalist. In addition, five finalists will be selected by a panel at CKFI. Those 12 finalists will be judged by the NAC, who will choose the winner. Winners will be notified prior to the conference.

NEW HIPAA MEGA RULE - MASTERMIND CALL

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) mega rule change seeks to finalize privacy and security regulations, and will affect Comfort Keepers®' practices. These are some of the most significant changes to the rule since it was first implemented 15 years ago. The final rule became effective on March 26, 2013 and covered entities and business associates must comply with the rules by September 23, 2013.
