THE SEARCH FOR THE GREATEST    
Greatest Customer Call Interaction to be Awarded at National Conference  

Muhammad Ali claimed to be the greatest in sports. Lincoln was arguably the greatest President. Aristotle may have been the greatest philosopher. Now, CKFI is looking for the greatest!

The greatest at what you ask? The greatest handling of a phone call by a Comfort Keepers® office from a prospective client will be recognized. Those calls are vital to your franchise's success as they are the first experience they have with Comfort Keepers and likely determine whether or not they will become your client. With the Brand Fund going live soon, we will have to be on our best game during this first interaction.

So, how will the greatest be determined? You will have to record all prospective client calls, listen to them and submit those incredible examples of a prospective client that was treated to a great Comfort Keepers experience. Each week from September 16 through October 31 we will select the greatest of the week for posting to the Comfort Keepers forums. You may submit as many great calls as you want. Your efforts in this contest will be rewarded! The winner will receive an all-expense paid trip for three; for the Franchisee, the franchisee's significant other and the employee that performed the greatest call to our Annual Conference in Denver. But there's more! The winner and their business coach will be recognized during the award banquet at the conference. The group will receive a private limo ride and dining experience with CEO Sarosh Mistry at Fruition Restaurant and $1,000 spending cash for each person during their time in Denver.

To help your staff prepare for the greatest call, beginning August 12 and running through September 13 CKFI will be rolling out new training materials and tools, including sample call recording and models. Be on the lookout for webinars, helpful tools on the member's page, coaching meetings in your area and through other channels to train your office staff to be the greatest.

The contest begins September 16 and submissions will be accepted through October 31. CKFI will also be conducting mystery shops during this time and may submit greatest calls that they experience. Remember each week a greatest of the week will be selected and posted to the CK forums and automatically entered as a finalist. In addition, five finalists will be selected by a panel at CKFI. Those 12 finalists will be judged by the NAC, who will choose the winner. Winners will be notified prior to the conference.
