FIRST ALL-AGENCY SUMMIT          
Meeting Held July 9th

 

On Tuesday, July 9th, the National Branding Committee held the first all-agency summit meeting. In attendance were the senior managers of each of the agencies along with the implementation teams. All of these marketing/advertising professionals will play a role in the successful implementation of the National Brand Fund. The agenda focused on roles/responsibilities, accountabilities, deliverables, measurement, and timelines for creative development, media buying, and the call routing process. It is exciting to see all of this taking shape and knowing that we are moving Comfort Keepers to the status of "National Advertisers." The next several weeks will be very informational, so please continue to read the updates in the Friday Flash.

Learning Development Specialist, Michael West, will present on telephone technique with a focus on the 'pro-active' caller. We will discuss how to coach your staff to handle the calls and referrals professionally and efficiently. We will also discuss several resources you can use to improve telephone and sales skills.
