Committee Selects Creative and Media Agencies
 The National Branding Committee has selected Red212 as the creative agency to concept and produce Comfort Keepers ® TV spots, digital ads, and print ads, and, Empower Media as the organization that will plan, negotiate, and procure all media supporting the national branding. The creative professionals at Red212 have worked with brand powerhouses such as Procter & Gamble (Tide, Olay), Scripps, Novartis (Prevacid), and Chiquita. While they are avid, creative, advertising types, Red212 is driven by creating messaging that penetrates consumers' hearts and minds, including driving leads at the local franchisee level with client Gold Star Chili that has resulted in positive year-over-year growth since launching the campaign. Team members have extensive experience working on other franchised business such as Long John Silvers and McDonalds. Empower Media, part of the Empower Group, understands that today's consumers have many choices on what messages they consume and by what means those messages are accessed. That's why their media planning is driven by consumer insights and an understanding of the decision-makers that cuts through the clutter and helps make the phone ring. The agencies will be a part of the July 9th "Agency Summit" when Red212, Empower, and the call routing organization will meet with the National Branding Committee and others from CKFI to finalize the 2013 strategy and plan implementation. This was an exciting step for the committee as all of the work of the last several years begins to culminate with the creative process national branding. Stay tuned for ongoing committee updates.

In March 2013 we formed the CK Operations Management Systems Committee. Comprised of 18 franchise owners and staff, this committee's number one objective is to improve the features functionality of the present systems. This representative committee will gather all suggestions for functionality improvements and additions, categorize and prioritize the suggestions, and then discuss them with the system vendors to integrate the suggestions into the future development plans. The committee is also charged with reviewing and evaluating new systems on the market to see if any meet the rigors of a Comfort Keepers® franchise operation.
