CORA® Model CV Ultra-Sanitary Butterfly Valve 6" or 8" Complete Valve Assemblies In-Stock

For flow control of solid materials (powders & granulates) specifically designed for stringent sanitary requirements.

Features: 
  • Specifically designed for stringent FDA & USDA sanitary requirements
  • Easy to detach, disassemble and thoroughly clean
  • Slender profile for weight and space savings 
Construction:
  • Body & butterfly - 316L SST
  • Seal - FDA food grade silicone
  • Bushings - PTFE
  • Clamp band - 304 SST
  • Operating lever with position locking pin - 304 SST
  • Optional pneumatic actuator, 90° double acting or spring return - anodized aluminum body 
Finish:
  • Body & external #4 sanitary (Ra = 50 u-in.)
  • Butterfly & internal #7 mirror (Ra = 20 u-in.)

CORA CRUSHER
The sanitary CORA CRUSHER is used for separation of lumped powders and oversized materials.  Typical applications include
breaking up lumps as they are being discharged from a vacuum dryer as well as pre-breaking prior to a sieve or mill.
Features:
  • Modular, compact construction used as a pre-breaker in conjunction with a sieve, mill, etc.
  • Throughput range: 1,650 lbs./hour up to 6,500 lbs./hour
  • Specifically designed for stringent FDA & USDA sanitary
    requirements
  • Suitable for CIP and SIP
  • Easy to detach, disassemble and thoroughly clean
  • Improves product flow

CORA Model RV-SR Ultra-Sanitary Rotary Dosing Valve
The CORA RV-SR Rotary Dosing Valve is a solution designed for accurate dosing and consists of two concentric rotors of different volume individually operated, which 
determine product flow and dosing. The CORA RV-SR is typically used in feeding packaging machines, drum & bag filling systems, and for dispensing.

  • Designed for accurate dosing of product
  • Has two rotors (primary rotor ensures continuous product flow and the secondary rotor ensures accurate dosing
  • Specifically designed for stringent FDA & USDA sanitary requirements
  • Suitable for CIP and SIP
  • Easy to detach, disassemble and thoroughly clean
Construction/Finish:
  • AISI 316L Stainless Steel

CORA COMPENSATOR
The CORA COMPENSATOR is a flexible sleeve that connects two pieces of machinery when rigid
connections cannot be used due to vibration or off-axis. It is connected through a clamp band that can be opened easily when you need to sterilize the sleeve.

  • Can tolerate light pressure and depression
  • Designed for stringent FDA sanitary requirements
  • Suitable for CIP or SIP
  • Easy to detach, disassemble and thoroughly clean
  • Also available with copper wire to ensure electrical conductivity

  • Translucent Silicone with possibility of polyethylene net on the inside
  • GMP design and construction
  • Quick disconnect Lexan top cover
