We have exciting news and updates to share with you in this edition of our quarterly newsletter!
- Limited Partner members who utilized one or more of CCPAPP's contracted vendors in 2014 should have received a distribution check and K-1 schedule in February or early March of this year. Both Partner and Associate members were mailed a report which reflects sales volume with each vendor. If you did not receive the mailing, or if you have any questions regarding the information, please contact us.
- Continued partnerships with Sanofi Pasteur and MedImmune offer savings on vaccine for the upcoming 2015-2016 influenza season. The deadline to confirm your Sanofi Pasteur Fluzone reservations is Tuesday, March 31, 2015! Please read below for additional product, pricing and shipping information. Please also see below for information on recent vaccine price updates with Sanofi Pasteur and Merck as well as a new agreement with Pfizer.

2015-2016 Sanofi Pasteur Fluzone� Dose Reservations
Please be reminded that the deadline to create, adjust, and/or confirm your Fluzone reservation is March 31, 2015. Members who confirm their Fluzone vaccine reservation by March 31st are eligible for a 3% promotional discount on all presentations of Fluzone vaccine (excluding Fluzone Quadrivalent vaccine 0.25 mL syringes and Fluzone High-Dose vaccine). Please view the recent communication sent by CCPAPP regarding Sanofi Pasteur's 2015-2016 Fluzone ordering program including steps for reserving your doses, pricing, shipping guarantees, and deadline for returning doses.
2015-2016 MedImmune FluMist� Pre-book
CCPAPP has partnered with MedImmune to provide members with access to a 5% discount on all FluMist Quadrivalent purchases made during the 2015-2016 season, even after the prebook period (prebook period ends Friday, April 17, 2015). Discount on Pfizer's Trumenba� Vaccine
CCPAPP has partnered with Pfizer to provide our members with access to a 5% discount on all purchases of Trumenba (Meningococcal Group B Vaccine). To receive CCPAPP's contracted rate, orders of Trumenba must be placed through an authorized distributor for Pfizer. View the recent communication sent by CCPAPP for more information.
Price Update with Access and Special Promotion Effective April 1, 2015, Access (formerly Rhinodox) will update its CCPAPP member price list on select services and offerings. While pricing for hard-copy storage and service charges, including the minimum monthly charge, will increase to remain competitive with the market; scanning, document destruction, and media storage pricing will remain the same as it has for the past two years. Access is offering two promotions for qualifying new shred rotation and document storage clients. Read More.
Acquisition of OEC Business Interiors
OEC Business Interiors was acquired last year by Office Concepts, and the entity will now operate under the name Forward Space. For members who have previously worked with OEC, it will be business as usual. Read More.
Vaccine Price Updates Effective April 1, 2015, Sanofi Pasteur will update its pricing of Adacel (Tetanus Toxoid, Reduced Diphtheria Toxoid and Acellular Pertussis Vaccine Adsorbed). View the recent communication sent by CCPAPP for more information. Merck has updated its pricing of ZOSTAVAX (Zoster Vaccine Live) and is currently offering a 60-day discount to members to purchase the product at the old pre-increase price. Read More.

Web Learning Modules: Best HR Practices for Your Practice
Last year CCPAPP launched its HR learning module series for members, covering two very important topics: Why Your Company Should Have an Employee Handbook and Necessary Policies in an Employee Handbook. In February, CCPAPP launched the next two modules: Do You Have the Necessary Labor Law Posters? and Maintaining Personnel Files.
We have received great feedback so far from members, and we encourage anyone who has not yet participated to sign on today! The cost is free and the modules are available on demand. We have just posted two new modules: Background Checks - Should You Use Them? and Best Interviewing Practices.

Please be reminded that McKesson Advantage Club is currently being offered to all McKesson Medical-Surgical customers! Additionally, through a new aggregation partnership between IPC Group Purchasing and Capstone Health Alliance, CCPAPP members accessing the McKesson agreement through Premier, Inc.will begin to see even greater savings on their medical supply purchases!
