Effective March 17, 2015 Merck revised its pricing of ZOSTAVAX®(Zoster Vaccine Live) Vaccine to reflect an approximate 8% increase.

 

There is currently a 60-day price discount available for CCPAPP members through May 16, 2015 to purchase this product at the old (pre-increase) price. You do not need to sign anything or do anything differently than you do now when you purchase this product directly from Merck as the discount will be applied to your invoice.

  

You may have received a communication piece from Merck regarding the updated pricing and offered discount. Merck's communication referenced a 30-day price discount. Please note that as a member of CCPAPP, your practice will have a 60-day discount and the new pricing for ZOSTAVAX will not go into effect until May 17, 2015 at 12:01AM EST.
