CCPA Purchasing Partners (CCPAPP) has partnered with MedImmune to provide members with access to a 5% discount on all FluMist Quadrivalent purchases made during the 2015-2016 season, even after the prebook period (prebook period ends
Friday, April 17, 2015). If your practice is a Limited Partner member, your FluMist purchases are also eligible to be included in the calculation of your practice's annual administrative award distribution from CCPAPP.
Pricing and Information:
Product and pricing information for CCPAPP's agreement with MedImmune can be found on the Vaccine and Vendor Pricing page of our website. You will need your practice's username and password in order to view the information. There is also a Questions & Answers document available on the site which addresses commonly asked questions about CCPAPP's contract with MedImmune.
As a reminder, MedImmune offers a Return Program in which up to 25% of product purchased through January 31, 2016 may be eligible for return when customers prebook by April 17, 2015. MedImmune also offers a Replacement Program in which unused product that expires on or before January 31, 2016 is eligible for replacement. Contract Enrollment:
In order to receive the discounted rate on MedImmune, your practice must complete and submit MedImmune's GPO Declaration Form which can be found on the Vaccine and Vendor Forms page of our website. For Limited Partner members, this form must be submitted and processed by MedImmune before your product is shipped for your purchases to be reported to CCPAPP and included in the calculation of your practice's annual administrative award distribution from CCPAPP.
MedImmune's GPO Declaration Form must be emailed or faxed directly to MedImmune at [email protected] or 302.886.4338. However, please also be sure to email or fax a copy of your practice's form to CCPAPP ([email protected] or 888.276.2344) so that we have record of it and can assist with the enrollment process if needed. Please note that your practice will only need to submit this form once to MedImmune to be enrolled in the CCPAPP agreement. If your practice completed MedImmune's GPO Declaration form in the past, you do not need to submit a new form.
Ordering:
Orders must be placed through McKesson or another authorized distributor for MedImmune. As a preferred vendor and valued business partner of CCPAPP, we encourage all members to order through McKesson. If you currently do not have a McKesson ordering account, please feel free to contact CCPAPP or McKesson for assistance.
