We have both the 2011 and 2012 vintages on offer in this email. The quantity of wine available from both vintages is limited and as you can imagine the availability of the 2012s is extremely limited. With this in mind, preference in order confirmation will be accorded to those clients who balance their order with wines from both vintages.
Domaine Tollot Beaut 2011 Bourgogne Rouge
$33.83 pre-tax ($38.90)
"A cool and reserved nose blends notes of both red and black pinot fruit with earth and soft humus nuances that can also be found on the mouth coating, punchy and fruit-driven flavors. There is a hint of austerity on the acceptably long and tight finish. This is a Bourgogne that should benefit from 2 to 3 years of cellar time."

Domaine Tollot Beaut 2011 Chorey-les-Beaune
$39.91 pre-tax ($45.90)
"A pretty, ripe and airy nose of red pinot fruit liqueur, plum and violets leads to delicious, round and seductively textured middle weight flavors that possess a succulent mid-palate before terminating in a firm, reasonably complex and mildly austere finish."
- The Burghound, Issue 50 87 points
Domaine Tollot Beaut 2011 Aloxe-Corton
$52.09 pre-tax ($59.90)
"A very fresh and expressive nose features a pretty mix of various wild red berries, pungent earth and sauvage hints that are reflected by the delicious, vibrant and well-detailed middle weight flavors that possess a beguiling mouth feel. There is a hint of minerality to the firmly structured but not hard or especially austere finish that will require a few years of bottle age to round out. A fine villages."

Domaine Tollot Beaut 2011 Corton Rouge
$108.61 pre-tax ($124.90)
"An attractively layered nose offers up notes of violet, plum, smoked meat hints and plenty of warm earth character to the wild dark berry fruit aromas. There is excellent volume to the ripe, intense and powerful large-scaled flavors that exhibit fine intensity on the powerful, balanced and vibrant finish that delivers its usual fine length. This isn't quite a robust as it usually is though it's a big wine all the same and will require an extended cellar siesta."
- The Burghound, Issue 50 92 points
Domaine Tollot Beaut 2012 Bourgogne Rouge
$33.83 pre-tax ($38.90)
"An exceptionally fresh and very pretty array of liqueur-like red berry fruit aromas is cut with earth and soft spice hints. There is very fine volume to the delicious, round and succulent flavors that possess a seductively textured mouth feel before terminating in a clean, dry and highly complex finish. This is excellent for its level and recommended."

Domaine Tollot Beaut 2012 Chorey-les-Beaune
$39.91 pre-tax ($45.90)
"This is aromatically similar to the Bourgogne with the exception of just a hint of floral nuances. The pliant, round and equally delicious flavors possess good vibrancy and volume and while this delivers slightly better length, it's not quite as complex. A qualitative choice."

Domaine Tollot Beaut 2012 Aloxe-Corton
$52.09 pre-tax ($59.90)
"An exceptionally fresh and very pinot nose displays cool red and blue pinot fruit along with newly turned earth scents. There is both good volume and verve to the beautifully detailed and intense medium weight flavors that possess plenty of tannin-buffering dry extract on the balanced, long and impressively complex finish that shows almost no rusticity. This is an excellent villages and recommended."

Domaine Tollot Beaut 2012 Corton Rouge
$108.61 pre-tax ($124.90)
"This is markedly more expressive with its bright cherry fruit aromas that are nuanced by hints of spice, iron-infused earth and wisps of smoke and game. Consistent with its usual flavor profile this is a big wine with plenty of muscle and power yet there is no hardness or toughness to the dusty, mouth coating and delicious finish that is less austere than it typically is. Like the Bressandes this should be terrific in time."
