Introducing Arbella's Total Loss Claim Unit

Arbella's Claim department continually strives to improve our service levels, both for our customers and for our independent agents. As a result of the feedback we have received from our Agent Advisory and Service Councils regarding the total loss claim handling process, I am very pleased to announce that we will be implementing a dedicated and centralized Total Loss Claim Unit.

 

The Total Loss Claim Unit will fully leverage existing in-house claim expertise and technology, and will handle all first and third party total loss claims. This singularly focused approach will provide:

  • Greater efficiency in the resolution of all aspects of the Total Loss process
  • Improved customer experience
  • Timely and comprehensive communication with our partner agents throughout the process

The Total Loss Unit will be fully operational by July 1, 2015. and it will be located in our Wakefield Claim office.
