Arbella Reduces Connecticut BOP Rates,

Liquor Liability Rates Revised in All States
Arbella Insurance Group - Here for good

Arbella has dramatically reduced Connecticut Businessowners rates for new business effective June 1, 2015 and renewals effective August 1, 2015.

Rates for a large number of distributor, retail and office classifications are dropping by 25%. Rates for all other classes are dropping by 13%.

We want to be your go-to market for classes that meet our BOP Program eligibility guidelines.  See the full list of classes in the Reference Center on our Web site, Arbella Connect™.

Arbella's new rates for liquor liability retail operations make us more competitive than ever. In Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island, we're splitting retail types into two classes to differentiate Beverage Stores-Liquor/Wine from other types of retailers that sell alcoholic beverages, such as convenience stores and grocery stores. Going forward, we will offer this coverage at limits of $500,000 or $1,000,000.

If you have a great BOP risk sitting on your desk right now, shop Arbella! We think you will be happy with our new pricing.  If you're not sure whether the risk meets our appetite, call your commercial underwriter or territory manager, or dial our SBU hotline at (617) 769-3950.

Thank you for your continued business and support.
Sincerely,

William S. Hughes, CPCU
Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lines
