We are all extremely happy to see the sun shining and the trees blossoming. It is hard to believe that only 8 weeks ago, we had 70+ inches of snow on the ground, thousands of ice dam claims and customers scrambling to retain contractors to remove snow and begin repairs. Your partnership has been invaluable. We wanted to take a moment and thank you for your tremendous efforts throughout this process. You have been inundated with calls from customers looking for guidance and to report claims in this unprecedented series of events. We greatly appreciate the work you and your teams have done assisting customers and helping them understand the process and what to expect. Recognizing the magnitude of this situation, we immediately engaged 150+ additional in-house resources to assist with the taking of losses, initial customer contact, claim handling and payment processing. Knowing there are a limited number of available, licensed contractors, we have individuals processing payments 7-days per week in an effort to get money into the hands of our customers thereby allowing them to retain contractors and begin the repairs as quickly as possible. These efforts have allowed us to bring a very high percentage of these claims to conclusion. We still have some work to do but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Our focus and effort will remain at its current high level until we have brought all of these claims to conclusion.
