If you were unable to attend a breakfast meeting this season, we captured the highlights for you: John Donohue, chairman, president, and CEO: - 2014 Highlights: Arbella achieved significant revenue, profit, and surplus growth. The majority of our agents also achieved positive growth with us. Our Claim customer satisfaction ratings increased significantly. We delivered several major technology/service initiatives, including the MyArbella service portal.
- 2015 Challenges: Competition in all lines will continue to be fierce. National and direct writers will continue massive advertising spending in an effort to turn PPA into a commodity. Extreme weather events across the region, resulting in record claims, have provided an opportunity to show customers how wonderful our service is.
