During the past several years Arbella has experienced significant growth in Commercial Lines as a result of the strong partnership we have with our independent agents.
Looking ahead, we want to continue our profitable growth with all of you. We are committed to providing underwriting expertise and exceptional levels of service to all of our agents and across all our lines of business. Toward that end, we have created our Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The SBU has been structured to achieve two key goals:
- Provide growth opportunities for agencies with smaller books of commercial business
- Service Business Owners policies -BOP for all our agents
The SBU is comprised of a team of experienced underwriters proficient in processing new and renewal business. They will provide the attention that our smaller volume agents deserve - the level of attention that can and will lead to profitable growth.
We believe this approach will provide efficient and effective service levels, and the underwriting attention to which all our agents are entitled.
