Because our partner agents are an important part of the Arbella Insurance Group, we are pleased to offer a matching program for any donations made by your agency and/or personal donations from you and your employees to One Fund Boston.*

The Arbella Insurance Foundation will match donations on a $3 to $1 basis up to $1,000 in total from the Arbella Insurance Foundation per agency (for example: agency/employee collective giving of $333 = Arbella Insurance Foundation match of $1000). This program will cover donations made from April 15 to June 1, 2013.

Additionally, the Arbella Insurance Foundation has committed $25,000 to One Fund Boston and the Arbella Insurance Group is also offering a $3 to $1 matching program to its employees.

Instructions:

Complete the attached form (one per agency) and send it along with the agency's and/or each employee's confirmation from One Fund Boston acknowledging each contribution to charitable.foundation@arbella.com
