The "trigger" device plugs into the onboard diagnostics port in your car and gives you the power to manage a driver's phone usage while the car is in motion. The first 700 people who sign up using the special Arbella discount code, available exclusively to Arbella's independent agents, will receive a device at the subsidized price of $25 (retail price is $125). After 700 are sold, it will be offered at a discounted rate of $60, which is still over 50 percent less than the retail price. Cellcontrol technology currently works with all Android and BlackBerry devices and most Windows mobile phones and the company plans to offer iPhone functionality in the near future.
