Chapter Spotlight
The Southern New England Farrier's Association, held their Spring Contest and Clinic May 3 & 4, 2014, judged by Mark Schneider, CJF. The Novice Division winner was Tyler Meeks of Montana. Tyler is being treated for brain cancer in Boston. He was invited to compete for free, and SNEFA raised $651.00 for his benefit during the weekend. The SNEFA competition is the first in a three part series. The Empire State Farrier's Association hosts the second on August 23 & 24, 2014, and the Vermont Farrier's Association hosts the third in November. Photos are shared from SNEFA Facebook Page.
Office Hours
The AFA Office is back to normal business hours. These are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.

American Farrier's Team Practice Date
The next American Farrier's Team practice will be Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1 at Austin Eden's shop in Dripping Springs, TX. All are welcome to attend! Please contact Austin Edens, CJF for more information.
