I'm delighted that he has expanded his talents as the songwriter of this musical (with Edie Brickell's talents at work also).  As he said in an interview, he wanted to create music that would be an anthem to optimism, writing songs that would bring joy to the audience.

Outdoor classes combine running and strength training.  Classes are for all levels.   
Membership-based running group; includes runner clinics, group runs, social events, and a member forum to share information and tips. All runs incorporate the Galloway Method (a run-walk-run method, helping with injury prevention).
