Circle of Caring...easy, breezy giving!
 
August 1st kicked off the 30-day campaign to recruit 100 founding Circle of Caring members. Consider becoming a member today! A small monthly donation could make a big difference in the life of a child who needs counseling, but whose family cannot afford it. 

This is just one example of how joining Circle of Caring will help improve the lives of thousands of people.  Circle of Caring funds will also be utilized for other services, including suicide prevention, sexual assault services, and family financial stabilization & education....  (READ MORE)

Clearwater Detective Receives Charlie Hounchell Community Advocate Award

On July 31st, the 2014 Charlie Hounchell Community Advocate Award was presented to Detective James McBride of the Clearwater Police Department. Detective McBride heads the Clearwater/Tampa Bay Area Task Force on Human Trafficking (CATFHT).  He received the award for his leadership in fighting human trafficking, specifically human sex trafficking.

World Suicide Prevention Day

Organized by the Tampa Bay Suicide Prevention Task Force. For adults and youth over 13 interested in making a lifesaving difference and discovering healthy practices for promoting hope. Planned activities include Spoken Word Dramatic Presentations, Coping Techniques, and Hands-on Art Activities.
