 June Is Men's Health Month
According to the Centers for Disease Control, women lived, on average, one year longer than men in 1920. Today, men, on average, die almost five years earlier than women. Let's change that!
Men's Health Month was created to heighten awareness of preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment of disease among men and boys. Encourage your loved ones to have regular physicals and to follow up on potential problems.

You Can Now Schedule Your PHA Biometric Screening
Take time to do something for your health: Your Personal Health Assessment.
There are three ways to do the in-person biometric health screening this year:
You will need to create an account in order to schedule a screening. This website and all PHA information is confidential and handled by a third-party vendor.
This year the biometric screening includes a fasting blood test. Guidelines for the fast can also be found through the scheduling website.
Both parts of the PHA, the biometric screening and online wellness profile --- available at BonSecoursWellness.com --- must be completed by Aug. 31. Employees who are covered by a Bon Secours Medical Plan and complete both parts by Aug. 31 will receive $300 for completing the PHA.
