Two-Factor Authentication
Ensures Security
Bon Secours Virginia Open Enrollment runs July 11-29. Are you ready?
Because health care is facing an increase in security threats and hacking attempts, Bon Secours has implemented two-factor authentication. If you want to access employee information from home you must have this authentication in place.

Each time you access IS resources while on VPN (Virtual Private Network) or when you aren't on the Bon Secours network, you will need an additional six-digit code when you sign in.
So if you haven't already got your two-factor authentication in place, there are two ways to set up this authentication. For details about self-enrollment, click here and follow the steps. If you need help setting up two-factor authentication, you can call the Help Desk staff at EISSC at 1-866-809-9259, or in person on these dates:

"We were looking at trying to
find alternative solutions that
might be applicable to different
parts of the market. There's no
one-size-fits-all solution."
