Employee Engagement Survey Is Underway
It's quick. It's easy. And it's very important.
Bon Secours wants you to share your voice in the 2016 Employee Engagement Survey, which runs through May 1. This survey is your opportunity to tell us what you think. As employees we come from many walks of life. Yet, we come together as one Bon Secours, united in our single mission and shared goal of providing Good Help to Those in Need®.
Here's what you need to know:
 | To take the survey, you will need an access code that Gallup, which conducts the survey for Bon Secours, has mailed to your home. | | If you lose your access code, you can call the survey line at 866-888-6987 and follow the voice prompts to obtain it. | Our goal is 100 percent participation by employees. | | The survey has 23 questions and is available to take 24 hours a day, seven days a week |
Your responses are completely confidential. Action plans will be developed based on the survey findings.
Employee feedback through the five-minute survey makes a true difference in our ministry, as it helps to advance our mission and vision as a health system --- and to make Bon Secours a great place to work!

Our diversity makes us stronger, and it enables us to provide better care to our patients. Take this month to talk to coworkers, learn their stories and share your own. |
