Ready for Back to School? Get Your Kids' Physicals Done at the Good Health Clinic

While we're still enjoying the long days of summer, your children and teens are preparing to go back to school and may be gearing up for fall sports. The first step is often to fill out a sports physical form.
The pre-participation physical examination is a chance to:
 | identify previous musculoskeletal injuries | | identify barriers that can interfere with top performance (such as exercise-induced asthma) | | maximize safe participation | | identify medical issues that can cause life-threatening problems during sports participation | | develop treatment plans if necessary |
Though we encourage all Bon Secours employees and their dependents to cultivate a long-term relationship with a primary care physician, if you do need those sports forms filled out or back-to-school physicals completed, you can make an appointment at the Good Health Clinic at St. Mary's or Maryview.
For more information:
St. Mary's Hospital location: 804-977-8915
Maryview Medical Center location: 757-738-1906
