Check Out New Benefits Section on ezAccess
It's easy to check or modify benefits coverage on ezAccess/AskHR or to check the benefits coverage options you have selected thanks to a new section, "My Benefits Enrollment," which can be accessed by:

Family Centers Offer Summer Fun
Wondering what to do with your kids this summer? Consider one of the exciting programs at the Bon Secours Family Centers. Learn more about them. Camps begins when school is out and run through Labor Day weekend, offering a variety of fun onsite and offsite activities. Children can come in and out of the program as needed to accommodate vacations, sports camps or parents' varying work schedules.
Also, the Family Centers are accepting inquiries for summer and fall spaces for children ages 2 and older.

Want to Get in Shape? Join the Breakfast Club
Bon Secours In Motion Sports Performance at Chilled Ponds introduces the Breakfast Club, a program featuring a 50 percent discount off regular fitness programs for those who train before 11 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
We have two different options for training: two visits per week for $100 per month or three visits per week for $125 per month. In addition, each of these packages includes a nutrition and massage visit each month.
To register, call 757-IM-SPORT (757-467-7678). For employees not available during Breakfast Club times, the Bon Secours Employee Fitness program is available all year and includes 12 training sessions and 1 nutrition visit for $150 per month. Learn more.

Sports Clinics Begin This Month
Registration continues for Bon Secours In Motion Physical Therapy and Sports Performance summer camps, offered at Bon Secours In Motion locations in Virginia Beach, Hampton and Chesapeake. The six-week summer camps run from June 23 through July 30.

 | The Summer Speed & Agility Clinic, open to middle school athletes, is designed to enhance speed, footwork, quickness and agility. The clinic meets 11 a.m.-noon Tuesdays and Thursdays at all three locations and 6-7 p.m. at the Chilled Ponds and Healthy Way locations only. |  | The Summer Strength & Conditioning Clinic, open to high school athletes, is designed to enhance strength and power development.
