Our Docs Rock!
Each year, more than 4,000 providers in the Richmond area are invited to respond to Richmond Magazine's question, "Which physician (other than yourself) would you recommend to a family member or close friend in the following specialty areas?"
More than 85 categories are listed, and we're proud that so many of our Bon Secours Medical Group physicians made the list. Click here for the full listing.

What's in Your Mailbox?
Check your mailbox for instructions on how to take the annual Employee Engagement Survey, which begins April 20. Your responses to the survey help us guide our health system to ensure that we continue to provide world-class care for patients and world-class opportunities for our employees. Thank you!
Your confidential code for taking the survey will arrive in the mail by mid-April. If you misplace your code, the voice response system for taking the survey will provide you a second option using your employee ID.
Employee feedback through the five-minute survey makes a difference in our ministry, as it helps to advance our mission and vision as a health system --- and to make Bon Secours a great place to work!

Volunteering for a Good Cause
| Cornesha Wright, top, Zack Bingham, left, and Rachael Dannemann, students at the College of Nursing, volunteer at Hilliard House. |
On March 27, nearly 40 Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing students, faculty and staff volunteered at Hilliard House (Housing Families First), a Richmond nonprofit that assists women and their children during periods of homelessness. Several projects were completed, including painting the resident hallway and laundry room, organizing and moving supplies and donations, weeding and planting flowers.
The service day was part of the College's "Mission in Action" initiative for Question 8 on the Gallup survey: Does the mission/purpose of my company make me feel my job is important?
