ExecNet Properties Wins Tower of Excellence Award

ExecNet AwardExecNet Properties recently won the Tower of Excellence Award at the annual Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) convention.  The most creative marketing award recognizes an outstanding marketing concept that greatly impacted corporate housing in the past year.

The entire team of ExecNet Properties is very excited about this award.  It's a testament to doing things differently.  This is about providing outstanding service, quality, teamwork, and consistency.  Without these core beliefs and strengths, we would not have the ability to market.

Congratulations to all of the CHPA award winners and most importantly to the $10,000 donation that CHPA made to Habitat for Humanity.  ExecNet Properties is excited to be involved on next years charity committee.

A Special Thank You to Team ExecNet, our Communities, and Vendors!

YOU HAVE BEEN INVITED!
Quality, Service, & Consistency

Solutions
At the recent CHPA Convention, where over 100 corporate housing companies were attending, the most repeated phrase was the three words above if you want to survive in this economy.  As we've mentioned in a past article, companies are looking for ways to cut costs, and travel is the first thing to go under the knife.  As a result, more companies are seeing the benefits of utilizing corporate housing as a cost savings.

There was an article in a recent USA Today about short-term housing where guests were ecstatic about having a dish washer and being able to cook, the ability to do laundry in there apartment, and great fitness centers.  All while saving money.  Our industry, which is such an unknown to many, is starting to get noticed.  As a corporate housing provider you must walk-the-walk on quality, service, and consistency.

ExecNet Properties has a 400 point check-list.  We've been walking the walk since we opened nine years ago.  Our experience, our furniture, and our team can provide you the quality, service, and consistency you need to minimize the stress in your life.

Leukemia Awareness & Reception

Carbon Monoxide As mentioned in our last newsletter, Brenda Crews-Martinez, property manager of Talavera Apartments in Cherry Creek, has been nominated as a candidate for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's (Rocky Mountain Chapter) annual Woman of the Year.  Mrs. Crews-Martinez accepted candidacy into this campaign because of a personal friend, Ralph Gugliemi that was diagnosed at the age of 39 and given only a 15% chance of survival.  Guglielmi is now living a healthy and cancer free life, 4 years after the diagnosis.

The campaign for Mrs. Crews-Martinez encompasses the months of February and March culminating in a banquet and awards ceremony March 28, 2009.  You can donate directly to the Society in Brenda's name or plan to attend a wine and cheese tasting party at Talavera Apartments, 350 S. Jackson St., Denver, CO 80209, on March 20, 2009 from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This reception will feature wines from across the world and a selection of artisan cheeses to complement. While enjoying wine, cheese and the beautiful Talavera Clubhouse, art will be on display to view and purchase featuring Denver-based artist Niki Stearman, a ExecNet Properties team member. There will also be a silent auction featuring autographed items from Denver athletic teams as well as other items.
