The ExecNet Properties Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will never find yourself out in the cold or in the dark. Simply call our emergency number, and an ExecNet Properties team member will be available to help you, immediately. We do not outsource your after hours emergency.
You can also sleep soundly knowing that we have a 230 point check list that is completed prior to your arrival. Our ExecNet Properties team even checks to make sure there is nothing under your bed. So, if you're traveling with children, even they can sleep soundly knowing the boogie-man is not under their bed.

Take a Look - ExecNet Properties is excited to announce the launch of the next generation website. The site offers a fresh look and feel that is more focused on what our clients and potential guests are looking for.
The new website offers several new improvements for all of our current customers, and potential customers. The main areas are the ability to search apartments throughout our city that incorporates Google Maps, Corporate web-portal for real-time information on your reservations/account, guest log-in for specific apartment and area information, rate comparisons, and easy navigation throughout.

Niki Stearman has been a part of the ExecNet Properties Team for over 2 years in corporate sales. She is a very rare find, actually being a native of Colorado. Not only does she know this area like the back of her hand, but if you need the name of a doctor, lawyer, or you name it, she knows someone. Over the last couple of years with ExecNet Properties, Niki has done things unconventionally, she has done things her way, and we couldn't be happier.
