400 Point Check List
Since starting our newsletters earlier this year, we've received a number of inquiries regarding our check points. Not to mention a few funny stories on experiences guests have had with other providers and hotels.
We take our check points seriously.
ExecNet Properties owns all of our high quality furniture and house wares. When we set up your corporate apartment there are hundreds of components that need to be perfect. Additionally, the cleanliness of the apartment must be impeccable. We achieve perfection through our detailed 400 point check list. Our check-list is gone over prior to the furnishings even leaving ExecNet Properties facilities, and one more time at your apartment.
ExecNet Properties also has a "Perfect Move-In Check List" to ensure that the alarm clock is off, the ice-maker is on, and the correct time is set on all clocks. It's the little things that matter, and where comfort makes the difference. |

ExecNet Properties is the only Denver based corporate housing provider that owns all of our own high quality furniture and furnishings. Our unique business model eliminates the middle man and saves you money.
Later this month we are heading off to the Furniture Market in High Point N.C. to acquire a few more truck loads of very nice furniture. Now we need to make room in our warehouse by selling our lightly used executive furnishings.
On November 14, 2008 we will be opening the doors to our warehouse showroom for a limited time only. We will be offering both new and lightly used furnishings and furniture. We will be offering oak sleigh beds, and very modern bedroom sets exactly like the one in the picture above. We will also have upholstered and leather sofas, even a combination of both that are 8-way-hand-tied. There will be coffee/end table sets, entertainment centers, and kitchen tables. We are even importing hand-made rugs in various sizes.
The best part is that you will be able to get high quality furniture at a great price, and you don't have to wait 8-10 weeks for delivery. | |

Each month we want to introduce you to one of the ExecNet Properties team members that help in making it all happen. Without them your ExecNet experience would not be the same, without them our lives at ExecNet would not be the same.
Nick Williams has been a part of the ExecNet Properties Team for about 2 years, and handles many of the details in setting up your corporate apartment. His career here at ExecNet Properties started with our intense training program, and setting up our tastefully furnished apartments to learn the ropes. He understands the importance of our 400 point check list, in fact he made it better. He has made many of the warehouse and administrative aspects of ExecNet Properties even more efficient.
His time spent as a United States Marine, with two tours in Iraq may have a reason for that. When making your reservation with Nick, you can rest assured of having someone on the other end that "gets it" and treats you with the respect you deserve. THANK YOU NICK!!
