PORNO FILM CONDOM PROPOSAL QUALIFIES FOR JUNE BALLOTA proposal that would require adult film actors to use condoms has qualified for the June ballot after proponents gathered enough signatures to put the issue before Los Angeles voters.

50 JUVENILES ARRESTED AT MALL OF AMERICA IN RUCKUSPolice arrested nine people at the Mall of America Monday, the day after Christmas, after multiple fights broke out, authorities said.
