Farewell From Our Chief Communications Officer

I would like to thank each of you for your hard work and commitment to NCVPS over the last 5 years that I have been here. Each of you have worked diligently to assure students have access to high quality educational opportunities through NCVPS.
It is your dedication and passion that make the difference each and every day in these kids' lives. The role of the e-learning coordinator and adviser is paramount in helping make online and blended learning successful, but more importantly, the work you do helps to move education in NC forward.
Thank you again and wish each of you only the best!
--David Edwards

E-learning Advisor Shout Out!

From CR Algebra I and II teacher, Dail Midgette:
Kim Kirk, the ELA at Union Academy, goes above and beyond to help her students succeed in their Credit Recovery classes! She has contacted teachers quickly with modifications and accommodations for students, she communicates regularly with parents and students, she responds quickly to teachers' requests, and she even helped set up an orientation for parents and students before the summer session started. Thank you, Kim, for all you do!!!!
