Last Day to Drop: Friday, June 22

Schools can drop students through the 10th day of class with no academic penalty for the student and allotment deductions for the schools. That 10th day for summer school is Friday, June 22nd.
We have a new process to withdraw students after the 10th day of class. E-learning advisors may now withdraw students in the registration system after the tenth day of class in the registration system. It's the same process as dropping students before Day 10.
After Day 10, though, removing students will be coded as a withdrawal, and the enrollment will still count in the district's allotment totals. We will issue a "W" grade for the student. Drops prior to Day 10 do not count in a district's enrollment totals. Click here for more details.

IEP Information

NCVPS teachers need the modifications for your students with IEPs. Please remember that modifications are a shared responsibility between the school and NCVPS. Our teachers will meet the modifications that they can, but some may have to be met by the school or district. Your EC specialists should be involved in the process.
This link details our IEP/504 modification process: http://www.ncvps.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/IEP1.pdf
