How God Puts a Medical Mission Team Together

I am often asked about the process of putting a medical Mission team together. "How do you find the 'right' people for the team?" The answer is simple: God has always made it happen for our teams. When the team is to do medical or dental work, the appropriate professionals are needed, of course.....a doctor for the medical team or dentist for the dental team. And, they will need an assistant (nurse or dental assistant). But, a team needs several more members than just these specific ones. For most of the mission teams that my wife and I have organized, it somehow always works out that all of the team members that are needed are a part of the team, and that everyone who was "supposed" to be on the team actually was.
