Thank you for your suggestions on ways to improve our renewal questionnaire procedures for you and your clients. As a result, we have introduced: 

• A revised renewal questionnaire, which updates a select few questions to be more in line with our Underwriting Guidelines.
•  The  Woodstove questionnaire  will now be included along with the   K-9 Dog questionnaire.  
• A revised cover letter, which will be included at renewal advising your clients to complete the questionnaires and return to you.

These enhancements will allow you to review additional information, recommend coverage adjustments, and address other client needs. Arbella policyholders will see these changes in October for policies renewing on January 1, 2013 and later.
