Arbella continues to make more efficient use of technology and to reduce the paper you receive from us. In response to your valued feedback, our new online process will feature the following:
- Completed questionnaires will be required only every other year, not annually
- You can email the questionnaire to your Arbella policyholders in PDF format
- Submit your completed questionnaires online to Arbella
- Check the status of renewal questionnaires online anytime
- Retain signed questionnaires at your agency - no need to mail to Arbella
- An online report with pre-filled renewal information replaces paper questionnaires
- New online report features enable you to add or revise information quickly and easily
Additional information on these exciting changes will be announced in the near future so watch for details! If for any reason, you would like to continue to receive paper renewal questionnaires, please email Christine DeBoer or Aine McDonagh by September 21.
