MA Renters Insurance Eligibility Enhancements for HO-4 Renters Product Renters Insurance has become much more prevalent in today's economy as young people have delayed buying homes, choosing to rent instead. Arbella is your market for HO-4 Renter policies. We have enhanced eligibility for our HO-4 Renter product to broaden our appeal to young renters, and we just got more competitive with preferred pricing down to as low as $12,000 of contents coverage! - Minimum Coverage C limit is now lowered to $12,000 for all rating tiers
- The PLS score is no longer required or ordered for HO-4 new business
- Updated Underwriting Guidelines to reflect Coverage C changes
