Goodwill Theatre Inc. is a regestered 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to
create a regional performing arts center in Johnson City, NY that will enrich the lives of our residents and visitors through education, events and performances. Our motto, "Envisioning our future, honoring our past and reviving the Endicott Johnson spirit of living," fully supports that mission.
This year, we opened the first performance venue of the Goodwill Theatre Performing Arts Complex and School, the SCHORR FAMILY FIREHOUSE STAGE. Located at 48 Willow Street in Johnson City, the SCHORR FAMILY FIREHOUSE STAGE represents a flexible performance and meeting venue that accomodates between 125 and 200 people, depending on the configuration. Over 4,700 have visited the SCHORR FAMILY FIREHOUSE STAGE since its opening in October of 2007. Throughout this season, we have hosted piano recitals, cabaret, comedy, magic, family programming, puppets, dance, classical, jazz, meetings, parties and more.
