Stringing Along will charm audiences with an eclectic mix of spectacular sounds. Covelli and Knuth will perform Bartok's joyful Five Romanian Dances, and the bright and colorful Rondo Capriccioso by Saint-Saens.

Knuth will offer the unaccompanied masterpiece Ysaye's Sonata #2, and Covelli will perform Fantasia on an Ostinato, a quasi-improvisational, wild journey based on a Beethoven theme, written by Academy Award winning composer John Corigliano. Always offering a mix of familiar favorites and intriguing piano adventures, Covelli will perform the afternoon's exuberant finale, the lively Banjo of Gottschalk.
