Over the years, Comfort Keepers® has amassed dozens of brochures and we have spent the last six months reviewing the usage and redesigning only those pieces that have proved valuable to you in your sales and marketing efforts. But there is still a lot of material to redesign! Consequently, we will introduce the new materials in a phased manner with those pieces used most frequently rolled out first. Please look at availability dated for each item. We want to make the items available as they are finalized; therefore, there are various dates of availability.
As we make the new materials available, it is NOT necessary to immediately destroy existing inventory that has the older style logo and font unless you choose to. However, effective immediately, any items listed below will no longer be available in the old design, nor will CKFI make changes to any materials using the older style logo, fonts and colors. In the spirit of brand consistency, your marketing and sales literature should be fully transitioned to the new materials in no more than six (6) months.
As pieces are available with the new logo, they will be posted on a new tab on CK Brand > NEW Branding.
WHAT WILL YOU NOTICE THAT IS NEW?
You market to and service different markets with different needs. Therefore, the message should be massaged to be more relevant to the target. In the upper-left corner of the literature, you will see an icon and small title which identifies the intended target audience. Based on feedback from you, our goal was to create an easily implemented system of literature that is appropriate for your various audiences.
We have reduced the copy by approximately 40% in most pieces because what impacts consumers the most is the photography. Research supports depicting joyous situations with a client and
Comfort Keeper® interacting - it strikes a positive chord with the adult child. We are telling our story with more emotional images and fewer words.
The primary brochures have fewer panels and fold differently. As soon as readers open a brochure - the services are right in front of them so they know immediately that Comfort Keepers can help.
LITERATURE/BROCHURES - Phase 1 Available October 18th 
Due to the numerous pieces needing redesigned, these materials will roll-out in phases based on popularity and order history. Phase 1 of the newly designed sales and marketing brochure system will be available to order on

FORMS and STATIONERY - Available October 11th

All forms will be updated at Holmes with new font and logo and available to order October 11th. To order forms and stationery visit

The letterhead and envelope will be updated with the new design and available for on-demand printing on October 11th or start using this
electronic letterhead that can be customized with your specific address and used in email and local printing.

The business cards will also be available October 11th. There are two templates for the front of the cards - one with the ability to include a photo and a second without a photo. Also, there are two options for the back of each business card - one with our new company tag and url, and one with the option to list up to 8 services offered by location.

A new PowerPoint is available for immediate use. It contains new imagery, colors and logo.

PRINT ADS - Now Available

Several ads are updated, including Veterans Ads (Veterans Day is November 11th) and Yellow Page ads which can be viewed on CK Brand > NEW Branding > Print Ads. Look to future Friday Flash as new Ad creative will be introduced.
LOGOS - Now Available

PHOTOGRAPHY - Now Available

BRAND GUIDELINES - Now Available
The
brand guidelines have been updated with the new logo, colors and font and you can download an abridged version at CK Brand > NEW Branding > Abridged Standards.
MULTIMEDIA BRAND ASSETS - Now Available
You will often hear clips from the commercials referred to as "
B-Roll." B-Roll is often incorporated in videos or may be included in local commercial production. It does not have voice over or graphics, it's simply scenes from the commercial that depict the caregiver and the loved one in various domestic activities.
NOTE: If you are producing anything locally, it MUST be reviewed and approved by the CKFI Marketing Department. We are building an international brand and we must communicate with one voice.
