All Is Well Despite Devastating Tornado        


Our thoughts and prayers go out to the people in Oklahoma City - especially our Comfort Keepers® - after the deadly tornado that ripped through the area earlier this week. Thankfully, all of the staff, General Manager, Joe Forrest, and their clients are well and accounted for, and the Comfort Keepers® office on the north side of the city was unharmed.

Quest for Excellence Contenders      


Can we have a drum roll, please? Here is the list of the first quarter 2013 Quest for Excellence contenders. As last year, the criteria to qualify for the Quest for Excellence includes three categories: the Top 10 revenue producers in the network, franchises that have the greatest percentage of year-over-year revenue growth within a revenue category, and the Rookie of the Year. The Rookie of the Year is the only category decided at the close of the calendar year. To see if you're one of the 18 contenders for one of the other categories, click on the link below.

We are reviewing the Quest for Excellence destination, but if you see your name on the contenders' list, you just may want to make sure you have a valid passport. We will announce the locale very soon. Second quarter results will be published in July. Keep up the great work!

While many of us were in attendance at the Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony of the Comfort Keepers®' Leadership Conference held in Boca Raton this past April, we wanted to let everyone share in the successes of the more than one hundred twenty (120) 2012 award winners. Hearty congratulations go to our eight Comfort Keepers® of the Year, and the sixty-eight offices who received Hourly Awards based on generating 1,000 hours and more. Twenty-five franchisees received our distinguished President's Club Award for having generated the highest revenue in 2012. Our newest honor this year, the Operational Excellence Award, was given to the twenty-six franchises that excelled in Client Satisfaction, Caregiver Satisfaction, Community Involvement and Referral Recommendations. Finally, individual awards were given for the Single Unit Office, the Multi Unit Office, Top Performing Office, and Rookie of the Year. Again, congratulations!
