Greetings to you! supplies

Please bookmark this  Summer e-news for easy reference to all our upcoming events!

What are your creative goals for the summer?
What are the benefits of a personal creative practice?
In our already busy lives, why take time for creative expression?

Here are some of our thoughts about this:
*creative self-reflection allows us to pay attention to the "deeper story" of our lives  januaryintensive11
*it creates a "pause" in the ongoing stream of thoughts and tasks
*it helps us "remember" ourselves as creative beings
*creative expression is life-affirming and health-giving
*it brings the health benefits of relaxation
*it leaves us renewed and able to be fully present
*it is fun!
What are your reasons for developing a creative and healing practice?
Add your comments tor questions to the ongoing discussion, on our Facebook page! There are some interesting comments showing up!

One thing is certain, in developing and sustaining a practice of any kind, it is helpful - crucial even - to have support, encouragement and accountability. It is so easy to let it move to the back burner in order to attend to more "pressing" concerns.

Ask yourself:
What would my life be like if I fully embraced my creative expression?

If the answer inspires your imagination, find a path to make that happen!

There are lots of wonderful resources available.

Here are some of our offerings, both in person and online.

Share in a creative, healing online experience....
