Art as a Healing Practice is an expressive arts process that embraces the positive power of creative work/play to change lives. Through a series of lessons that each consist of a gentle and powerful blend of guided meditation, visual art, writing and sharing/witnessing,
i have created a brief sample Guided Visualization for you, to give you a taste of this process.
Whether or not you have worked with me before, there is an option for you! During the summer months, I teach online only. I love facilitating this process as I hold the space for you to dive in to your own creativity and allow its light and healing to permeate your life. The Basic Series
Begins July 1

Each week for 6 weeks, a session will be posted. This includes an audio guided meditation to  lead you into art-making, a written lesson, and some prompts for writing. Videos are also included. The online forum is a place to share work, ask questions, give feedback to one another. I will provide input, inspiration and guidance throughout. I will set and uphold some clear guidelines and ground rules for sharing. At the end of the 6 weeks, the forum will stay active, with input from me, until September 30, allowing you to complete the series in your own time frame and to begin integrating the work and practice into your life. Reclaiming Your Gifts

We have all have a creative history. Most of us have lost or forgotten aspects of our creative lives along the way. This series is an opportunity to reclaim what has been left behind and move ourselves forward into more complete creative fulfillment.
This is a new series, open to anyone who has completed the Basic Series, either online or in-person. Each weekly session includes an audio guided meditation, a written lesson, and some prompts for writing. Video check-ins are also included. The forum is a place to share work, ask questions, and give feedback to one another. I will provide input and guidance throughout, and will set and uphold some clear guidelines and ground rules for sharing. At the end of the 6 weeks, the forum will stay active, with input from me, until October 15, allowing you to complete the series in your own time frame and to begin integrating the work and practice into your life.
