The following Personal Lines changes will begin with policies effective January 1, 2015 and later. These changes will be available on Arbella Connect™ on November 22. Auto Rewards (11AR1258) More savings for your clients! The Auto Rewards Endorsement account credit will increase from 22% to 25%. Rate Changes Homeowner, Renter, and Condo policies will experience an overall 2.6% increase. Account business will only see an increase of 2.1% for HO-3, while account HO-4 will see a decrease of 1.8% and account HO-6 will see a decrease of 3.8%. Dwelling Fire policies will have a base rate increase of 2%. Loss Assessment Deductible Coverage Increase (11AR1276 HO-6 only) As condo master policy deductibles continue to increase, individual condo owners continue to be exposed to larger and larger assessments. In an effort to ease this burden, the coverage for assessments that are a result of an Association's master policy deductible will be increased from $2,500 to $5,000 at no additional cost! Arbella Identity Protection Service (11AR1297) In partnership with IDT911, Arbella will now offer identity theft management and fraud education services to your customers, at absolutely no charge! This endorsement is automatically included if the policy has identity theft coverage provided by any the following endorsements: 11AR1034 Special Coverage Endorsement 11AR1273 Condominium Schooner Package 11AR1240 Identity Fraud Expense Coverage 11AR1293 Renters Protection Package 11AR1241 Schooner Package Endorsement 11AR1279 Topsail Package Endorsement Your customers will receive a letter welcoming them to the program, as well as a flyer outlining the services provided. For proactive and educational support, your customers are welcome to call Arbella Customer Service and we will transfer them to IDT911. If your customer believes they have been a victim of identity theft, they should call our Claims department as soon as possible. Minimum Premium Rule There will now be a minimum premium rule of $75 for HO-3, HO-4, and HO-6 policies. PPC Changes We have adopted ISO's revised Public Protection Classifications regarding Split Protection Classes and will continue to use our current factors.
