I am excited to announce that on November 14, 2014 we will launch MyArbella, our new self-service customer portal for all Massachusetts Personal Lines customers. This portal will provide customers with access to policy information and the ability to perform simple transactions directly from their computer, tablet, or smartphone. Providing customers with these self-service capabilities will take some of the more administrative service tasks off your desk, allowing you to perform more value-added sales and service functions. Insureds will soon be able to: - View policy information and documents
- Manage and pay bills electronically
- Enroll in paperless billing
- View transaction history
- File new claims, and review claims history
Registration is easily accessible from Arbella.com, and more information on MyArbella will be posted for you on ArbellaConnect. Additionally, Arbella's customer service representatives are available to answer questions and assist customers with registration. Beginning in December, we will notify all customers about our new service portal in a mailing. If you have any questions about MyArbella, please don't hesitate to contact me at 617-328-2566.
