We are pleased to announce that the following enhancements to MA Condo (HO-6) policies effective 9/1/14 and later are now available on Arbella Connect™.
Arbella's First Time Condo Credit will become New Condo Policy Credit
Our New Condo Policy Credit means enhanced eligibility for your customers! This credit applies to any owner-occupied condo policy (HO-6) that is new to Arbella. Condos no longer have to be within 24 months of the purchase date, and the insured does not have to be a first-time condo buyer. Your customers will save 7% on new business and 3.5% on the first renewal!
New Condo Policy Credit automatically defaults to YES
Only condo policies that are new to Arbella are eligible for the credit. If the condo policy is not new to Arbella, the policy is not eligible. This means you will need to unclick the field on the "Dwelling Details Cont." screen on Arbella Connect™ and on the "Arbella Endorsement" section on WinRater.
